Sheree Gall is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a diverse background in the project management industry. Sheree is a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience across a variety of sectors including: Commercial, Education, Government, Health, Hospitality, Logistics & Industrial, Recreation, Residential, Retail, and Transport & Utilities.

Commencing her career with Downer Group, Sheree gained invaluable experience over a 10-year period project managing and delivering projects from both the contractor and client side.  Since returning to Cairns in 2014, having grown up locally, Sheree has been delivering client-side project management services within the private, public and government sectors.

As a highly motivated person, Sheree is passionate about delivering the best possible outcomes for her clients, ensuring their vision is achieved and the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Sheree’s strength lies in her ability to capture the project objectives on paper and manage a project team, with a concentrated effort in the design phase to achieve cost-efficient design, construction and operational requirements. Sheree prides herself on her strong working and personal relationships, her willingness to continue learning and evolving within her industry and her strong work ethic.

Sheree’s experience is broad ranging and encompasses a range of project works of more than $ 150M in value throughout her career.
